Semenculus — Seed Paramental
A semenculus is the most elementary form of paramental existence: a seed pattern with the potential for mindlike behavior. It is inert on its own, but becomes active when placed in a substrate capable of supporting self reflection—mental, material, or computational.
A semenculus resembles a neural precursor cell or a simple computational unit: meaningless in isolation, but capable of differentiation when embedded in a network.
It represents the first stage of paramental development, the moment when a pattern begins to behave as if it could grow into cognition.
