The John Lennon Convergence
Summoning a Genius Spirit of Music
What will be revealed here is either trivial, or becomes trivial and undeniable, for anyone with a heart for music and art.
If those who have played with this poor innocent glyph had dared go further than the “Bass Clef Heart Frame”, they would have discovered a musical magical miracle. Because, look what happens when we push the two bass clefs forming the gentle heart further in, until that the dot-like comma heads meet each other. This happens both in the straight version and in the nightingale version: a face emerges, a distinct portrait, dominated by two big eyes—or in fact, eye glasses.
The Inevitable Recognition
Now, I do not want to sound mastering or unpleasant, but the truth is that whoever does not recognize one of the greatest creative geniuses of music, and one of the greatest friends of the nightingale in this image, is no friend of music and art!
Because, you see, it is so obvious that this is a distinct, symbolic, but still unmistakable representation of John Lennon. (In some orientations, I bet it is even John Lennon and Yoko Ono together, forming the face of John Lennon).
The Credibility of Magic
Now, of course, I do not believe that John Lennon arranged his physical face so that it would fit in the nightingale composition of my study. But this resemblance is so defined, so unmistakable, that it must have a significance.
In the artistic sense, this significance is what we equip these images with. But in the world of SDL InnerSpace magic, this significance is defined by the credibility of the representation—how convincing it acts.
The Genius Spirit
What I am inclined to believe, on a meta-level, is that John Lennon is one of the greatest creative geniuses in human history and a true Genius Spirit of music. His mind and his life show the typical signs of a genius spirit—figures that often remind us of mythological creatures, deities, demons, and angels.
In John Lennon’s case, I can promise that whatever ideal creature the “Poetic Nightingale” represents, it is made of the same substance as John Lennon’s genius. If there is any symbol with which this great angel of music should be connected, then it is the nightingale.
Therefore, if there is any symbol one could create with a musical glyph—with a very strong and natural connection to music—then this is the one: two nightingales forming John Lennon.
This is our tribute!
